For the second year running, the Hello Tech Girls sponsorship program was launched in Lyon last Tuesday, in the presence of the student sponsors, the schoolgirls and their families.
The partner companies of the 2023-2024 edition(Capgemini, CGI, Enedis, Safran, Sopra Steria) were present to present their activities and discuss the current challenge of gender diversity in scientific and technical professions.
The evening began with a plenary session led by Inès Haller (president of the association), Thomas Margotteau (treasurer) and Pia Ayrivié (secretary). I made the welcoming remarks, reminding you that this mix is very important to us at ECE.
This was followed by a cocktail party during which the pairs were able to exchange ideas, and the students had the opportunity to meet their godchild’s parents…
